The staff here are knowledgeable and efficient; my double room had a private safe, mini-bar, and central heating.

The hotel has a very good location, has very high and spacious rooms with modern and tasteful furnishings. It is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The price-performance ratio is very good.

The restaurant here was great for evening meals, we both ordered amazing dishes. The bed was extremely comfy and there were coffee and tea making facilities, pay television, and a writing table to use.

Nicely decorated and clean hotel that I really enjoyed. The double room had the basic facilities you need: a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe.- The location was great and fabulous, with a tram station nearby.- Close to La Locanda del Sorriso, a great restaurant option for dinner.

The location is particularly good, 15 minutes' walk to an equestrian statue. Would consider staying here again when I travel to Turin. Best Western Hotel Genio in Turin is perfectly situated, just a short walk from a famous equestrian statue. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the city.

Very clean, air-conditioned room with a great modern bathroom. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I like it when I know at breakfast what country I am in. Therefore I found the breakfast very good: Italian with many additions, so that everybody can find something. Also here the breakfast service is very friendly. I would book back here!

Amazing location right next to the San Salvario Quarter. There's a great restaurant not too far away from here. The rooms on the second floor are super clean and quiet. The staff here is really efficient and friendly! 😊

The complimentary breakfast was very complete, including both cold and hot food and beverages. A very comfortable stay in general and we'd stay there again.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, as it is right next to the main train station and very close to the center of the city. We were able to easily access transportation and visit all the central Turin sights. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
